You come out of home straight onto your 1st color dot on the outer ring; your 3 color dots sit at every other space. Dashed line = the shortcut (6 / 4 / 2 from the 1st / 2nd / 3rd color dot, then a 1 to drop onto the inner ring 3 spaces from your mat). The color dots + shortcut are safe (no kills). The ringed space in front of your diamond is your welcome mat — 5 spaces sit between each colour's mat. The diamond is one-way: mouth → left or right → inner. You pick a side going in, marbles only ever move deeper (never sideways or back), you must land exactly, and a marble on the mouth blocks the next one until it moves in.
